The Gardens of Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello

“The Gardens of Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello”explores many flowers that Jefferson grew that can be grown in Michigan. Many native American plants, including plants native to Michigan were grown by Jefferson. Drawn from several trips to Monticello and an obsession with the gardener whom Jeffersonia was named for. This presentation is part of the OLLI series at Aquinas College.
