River City Wild Ones Prairie Field Trip

We will walk through the six acre planted Tall Grass Prairie at the Hudsonville Nature Center identifying and talking about many of the flowers and grasses found growing there. We will also discuss prairies, planting and maintaining them as well as some interesting facts and history of prairies in general and in Michigan.
