Come join in as we walk the trails of the Nature Center looking for seasonal and resident birds. The combination of woodland, edges and the prairie provide a great opportunity for nesting and migrating birds. This is a good time to look for migrating warblers as they work their way north. Whether you are just beginning or an experienced birder come and enjoy the sights and sounds of the early day.
The walk will begin from the parking area at the end of New Holland Ave., east of 32nd Ave. Participants should for come prepared for the weather, as walks are held except in the event of threatening or severe weather. Long pants and shoes or hiking boots are recommended for all walks.
